Once the Conference Call Feature has been set up on your Easy1Phone you can initiate a conference with up to 24 different parties simultaneously. You will act as the "Host" and join "participants" into the call that you initiate.
Please use the following 10 simple steps to set up your own Easy1Call Conference Calling.

I. Setting Yourself Up for Easy1Call Conference Calling

1. Login into 'My Account'
2. Click on "My Conference Call"
3. The Maximum Number of People in Your Conference is "24"
4. Enter a Password for Host and Another Password for Participant
   (Click on check box or system will assign both passwords for you)
5. Click on Submit

II. Host Initiates Conference Call and Invites Others

1. Dial "9090001#" to enter your conference
2. Press "#"
3. Enter phone number "XXXXXXX#" of participant after voice prompt
4. After participant answers the call, press "#" to add them to conference
5. Repeat Steps 2 to 4 to invite more people.

III. Participants Joining an Existing Conference Call

A. For Host:

          1. Please do steps I. No.1 to 5.

          2. Tell each of your participants the conference ID (Host's 7 Digits

               Easy1Phone Number)

          3. Tell each of your participants the password for participant from step

               I. - No. 4.  

          4. Dial "9090001#" to enter your conference.

 B. For Participants:

1. Dial "9090002#" to enter an active conference that set up by a host.

2. Press "1" after hearing the voice prompt.

3. Dial host phone number "XXXXXXX#" (Conference ID) and

    participant's own password (all given by your host).

4. Up to 24 parties can join the same conference following Steps 1 to 3.

Note: If you are residing in Taiwan, H.K., California., Illinois,  Massachusetts, and New York, you may enter the conference from your regular phone by dialing the Local Access Number, and follow the above steps of 1 to 4.

IV. Easy1Call Voice Mail Set up Instruction

1. Go to Easy1Call and log in to ' My Account'.
2. Click on 'My Conference' and enable conference call by inputting Max participants(up to 99), Password for the Host, Password for the Participants, and submit.
3. Go to 'My Call Forward Number' and input "90923456" as your forward number and submit.
4. Your voice mail function is now set up. Voice mail will be activated 15 minutes after Easy1Phone is unplugged from the internet.
5. You can retrieve your message by calling "90912345" by using Voice mail ID (your Easy1Phone number) and PIN Code (Password for the Host).
