Please register your account first to activate your EasyPhone. Just enter www.easy1call.com, login to My Account using your IP Phone# and Password, and complete the profile |

| 1. Before Setting up your USB phone, your computer needs supply |
- Pentium II 233MHz or above CPU with at least 32M memory, 10M hard drive space required to install EasyPhone software.
- USB 1.1 or above port
- Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
- Internet access with a connection speed above 28.8kbps
NOTE:
- You can contact your computer provider to make sure your main board supports USB 1.1 or above
- EasyPhone client end software provides installation guide and user interface in 3 languages: English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. If your operating system is not English/Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese, please contact us for help.
- You can update EasyPhone client end software for free by downloading from EasyPhone website at www.easy1call.com
- If your system has a firewall, or you are using a proxy, there is a possibility you might fail to login easy1call server. If so, please contact your network administrator or us for technical support.

| 2. Installation guide |
- Download the USB EasyPhone client end software from www.easy1call.com and run it.
- Select language version and start installation.
- If you have already installed USB EasyPhone client end software on your computer, please shut down the client end software first, and uninstall it, then run the installation software once again.
- Please follow the instructions in the pop up windows to install USB EasyPhone client end software.
- Restart your computer.
- Connect the USB EasyPhone to the USB interface on your computer.
- Windows will automatically detect USB EasyPhone, please follow the instructions in the pop up windows to install USB device driver.
- Go to the Control Panel and make your computer's sound card the default audio device and make your USB phone the default voice device (If you do not do this, all music and other sounds will come out of your phone.).

| Double click the white icon, which will now be on your desktop. Enter your name, password and EasyPhone number. |

| 4. Installation of the EasyPhone's USB driver |
- Win2000 Operation System: Start 'Install'Control Panel 'System' Hardware' Device Manager
- Win98/Me Operation System: Start'Install'Control Panel'System' Device Manager Notice the devices marked with circles, which should pop up after Installation in gear. If you find not all the devices above or they are not identified rightly, please uninstall the installed USB driver, and then reinstall it.
