When dialing regular phones, please take out the prefix '0' in country code and area code. |

Press '#' every time you key in the phone number to get immediate dial-out, or else the number would be automatically dialed out after a couple of seconds. |

To call a regular phone in U.S. or Canada number: 1+area code+ telephone number
For example, to call a U.S regular number 213362XXXX, the numbers you need to dial are: 1213362XXXX. |

To call a regular phone in any other countries: 011+country code + area code + telephone number
For example, to call a Hong Kong regular number 2541XXXX, the numbers you need to dial are: 0118522541XXXX |

Easy1Call Calling Easy1Call: Easy1Call users can directly call each other's seven-digits number.
Example:
Easy1Call user with the number 6557777 wants to call another user with the number 7778888.
6557777 user simply pick up the Easy1Call handset, and dial 7778888 and "#" after hearing the dialing tone.
If 7778888 Easy1Call phone is offline or the user is not able to reach the phone, and 7778888 previously sets up call forwarding service to his/her mobile phone, the call would be directly forward to the mobile phone, please refer to Call forwarding service. |

Only after Easy1Call is bundled with a regular phone number, it can be called from a regular phone. Caller simply calls the regular phone number from any regular phone, and then the Easy1Call would ring.
For example, to call Easy1Call 655XXXX which is already bundled with an American regular phone number 213XXXXXXX, directly dial 1213XXXXXXX to connect with the 655XXXX Easy1Call user. |

Or, in areas where Easy1Call Local access numbers are available, People can call to these access numbers, after they hear a dial tone, they simply enter the seven digits Easy1Call number as an extension, and then the Easy1Call would ring
For example, if Easy1Call 655XXXX is subscribed to this service, and its America access number is 6263890016, People in America only need to dial 1-213-655-8888, then dial 655XXXX to reach that Easy1Call. |
